At Capone's Pizza, we aim to deliver hot, fresh, and delicious pizza every time. To ensure smooth operations and consistent quality service, please review our store policies below:


🔒 ORDER POLICY

  • All orders are final once placed via phone, in-person, or online.

  • Please double-check your order before confirming. We cannot make changes once the order is in preparation or out for delivery.


🚫 CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • No cancellations or refunds will be issued once an order has been placed and payment is confirmed.

  • In the event of a mistake on our end (wrong item or missing product), please notify us immediately and we will gladly resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit.

  • Refunds will not be issued for preferences such as taste, spice level, or portion size expectations.


🛵 DELIVERY POLICY

  • Delivery times may vary depending on weather, traffic, and order volume. We strive to be as timely as possible but do not guarantee exact delivery times.

  • If your delivery address is outside our standard delivery zone, we may decline the order or apply additional delivery fees.

  • Customers must be available to receive the order at the time of delivery. Re-delivery attempts may not be possible.

  • Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, nuts, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.


📸 QUALITY CONTROL

  • We reserve the right to document orders with photos upon packing or delivery for quality assurance purposes.
